Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday! We are looking for a Wedgwood Interactor to work within our award-winning tourist destination, World of Wedgwood. World of Wedgwood is the home of Stoke-on-Trent’s most prestigious ceramics brand, Wedgwood, in Barlaston (5 minutes from Trentham). Reporting to the Guest Experience & Accessibility Manager, you will provide a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service to create an extraordinary and memorable experience for all visitors to the World of Wedgwood.

This is a part time position, working 20 hours over 4 days from 7.

Please note that this role involves interaction with guests to include children, young people and vulnerable adults, therefore successful applicants will be asked to complete a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Application.

To be a successful Wedgwood Interactor you will:

  • be approachable and friendly with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • have confidence to interact with all guests, to include children and families, with focus on delivering excellent guest experiences including factory and museum tours
  • have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
  • have excellent time management and organisation skills, with attention to detail
  • have good computer and administrative skills, with confidence using booking systems, tills, emails and digital platforms to support guest enquiries and bookings
  • be well-presented with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential.
