About the job

  • To efficiently and effectively enter, process and follow up of all orders placed by customers for the UK business.
  • To act as the main point of contact for all customers in the local territory
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, price and availability and deliveries via email and phone
  • Primary call taker into the sales office
  • Liaise and work closely with the Franke Shared Service Centre to ensure there are efficient transactional interactions with customers
  • Proactive sales office support to external sales team
  • Co-ordinate delivery reports and expedite back orders
  • Arranging transport and confirming delivery or collections to customers
  • Co-ordinating with haulier/suppliers/warehouse/other operations staff members
  • Dealing with sales order paperwork including returns and credits
  • Preparing documents according to customer requirements and company practices
  • Providing back-up cover for Consumer Care team when required

Requirements

Experience

  • Experience of working in a sales order processing environment
  • Experience of a role where organisation and processes are critical
  • Experience of using business operating systems e.g. SAP an advantage
