Islip, NN14 Pay Rate: £13.40 - £14.74 per hour Overtime Rate: £17.42 - £18.76 per hour Hours: Rotating shifts | 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Job Type: Full-time | Ongoing opportunity Warehouse Operatives Required - Islip NN14 Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution operation based in Islip, NN14. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with full-time hours and excellent site facilities. The role is working with a leading high-street brand known for quality clothing and accessories. Full training is provided, so previous warehouse experience is not essential. This role would suit reliable candidates who are willing to learn, work as part of a team and commit to rotating shift patterns.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include: Picking and packing customer orders using a voice-picking headset Using RF scanners to process stock Manual handling of products and stock Working accurately and safely in line with training Supporting the team to meet daily targets Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe Following all site health and safety procedures Supporting peak periods when required What Were Looking For We are looking for candidates who: Are reliable, committed and hardworking Have basic spoken and written English Are willing to learn and complete full training Can work rotating shifts Are able to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday depending on rota Are able to support some Saturdays when required Have their own transport to site Are able to pass a drugs and alcohol test Voice picking experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
