Our client is an award-winning brand experience agency that creates live events, exhibitions, activations, branded environments and digital experiences for some of the world's most recognised technology, social and entertainment brands.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to become the technical backbone of a highly talented design team. This is a specialist role for someone who genuinely enjoys artwork, production and problem-solving, ensuring every project leaves the studio ready for flawless delivery.

Working across events, exhibitions, experiential campaigns and branded environments, you'll transform creative concepts into technically accurate, production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate artwork for large-format, experiential and environmental projects
  • Prepare files for a wide range of materials, substrates and production methods
  • Manage amendments, version control and artwork organisation
  • Liaise with printers, fabricators and production partners
  • Act as the final quality checkpoint before work goes to production
  • Support and develop AI-assisted production workflows
  • Take responsibility for design projects when workload allows (and flex your creative muscles)

About You

  • Extensive experience as a Creative Artworker, Senior Artworker or Technical Artworker
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of large-format print and production processes
  • Experience delivering artwork for events, exhibitions, retail or experiential environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confident working directly with suppliers and production partners

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with branded environments and exhibition graphics
  • Knowledge of specialist materials, finishes and fabrication processes (or at least how to artwork for them)
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging creative technologies
  • Previous experience within a busy agency environment

Benefits

  • Hybrid working
  • Annual bonus opportunities
  • Pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies
  • Wellbeing support
  • Optional healthcare and dental benefits

This is a rare opportunity to join an agency that genuinely values technical expertise. You'll play a key role in delivering ambitious global projects, influence production standards across the business and work alongside some of the industry's most talented creatives, producers and designers.
