The Role:

• Advise on a broad range of private client matters including wills, trusts, estate planning and probate
• Work closely with senior Partners on complex, high-value matters
• Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
• Assist with tax and succession planning involving business and investment structures
• Develop client relationships and play a role in business development initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross-referral opportunities

The Candidate:

• Private Client Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate from a reputable firm
• Strong technical grounding across private client work
• Experience or exposure to HNW clients and complex estates desirable
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a top-tier environment
• Commercially aware with an interest in building a long-term career
