General Manager – Mediterranean Restaurant

£55,000 – £60,000

This is a gorgeous little restaurant – Mediterranean cooking, brilliant wines and a beautifully designed, intimate space in Central London.

We’re looking for a General Manager who genuinely enjoys running a restaurant. You’ll have real ownership of the day-to-day operation, working closely with the owners and kitchen team to make sure the food, service and overall guest experience all come together.

It’s a role with loads of autonomy, so you need to be self-sufficient, commercially switched on and comfortable making decisions. Just as importantly, you’ll be visible on the floor, leading the team and creating the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

We’re looking for:

• GM experience within a quality independent or premium restaurant
• A proper floor presence – someone who loves service and leads from the front
• Strong commercial knowledge across P&L, GP%, ordering and invoicing
• Someone confident building, training and developing a small team
• A collaborative approach – particularly when working with the kitchen
• Genuine interest in great food, wine and hospitality

This would really suit someone who wants to own their restaurant rather than just manage it, while still having the support and involvement of engaged owners.
