We're seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and proactive Travel Advisor to join our expanding team. As a Travel Advisor for Little Emperors, you will be at the heart of the operation, providing end-to-end member support from enquiry to booking and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

  • Effective management of bookings from enquiry, via our app or manually, through to booking and beyond.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of all active specialist suppliers across verticals, ensuring the best options are presented to members.
  • Management of various inboxes, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
  • Address and resolve rate parity issues.
  • Engage with Hotel Partners through both in-office and out-of-office events to continually improve product knowledge and strengthen relationships; attendance at some evening events is expected.
  • Member engagement, including proactive outreach to generate new leads and maintain member loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member and booking records within the CRM system.
  • Provide tailored hotel and destination recommendations based on individual member preferences and travel history.
  • Keep up to date with new hotel openings, luxury travel trends and competitor offerings to inform member recommendations.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a travel advisory, luxury concierge, or high-end hospitality role, including prior experience as a travel consultant within a luxury tour operator or similar.
  • Experience booking with DMCs, cruises, flights, and tailor-made itineraries and packages.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hotels, destinations, and discerning clientele.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, solutions-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of GDS (Amadeus) and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and relationship-building.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • ATOL / ABTA knowledge is desirable but not essential.
