Job description

Role: Customer Success Executive

Sector: AI & Automation Software

Location: Chelmsford (2 days in office per week)

A fast‑growing AI & Automation start‑up is transforming how organisations automate manual back‑ and mid‑office work - from recruitment firms to healthcare providers. In just two years, they’ve expanded internationally with a new office in Florida and secured major enterprise clients.

Following the launch of a new product, they grew ARR by 17% last month alone.

With demand accelerating, they’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to help customers get the most out of the platform.

The Role

This is ideal for someone customer‑centric who enjoys learning technology and wants a role with both people interaction and a light technical edge.

You will:

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through setup
  • Lead training sessions to help users understand the platform
  • Ensure clients follow best‑practice usage to maximise value
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Answer product questions and support customers day‑to‑day
  • Proactively check in with accounts to drive adoption
  • Help customers understand the platform’s capabilities and new features

This role is all about helping customers succeed, staying close to their usage, and ensuring they get real outcomes from the product.

Who You Are

  • Experience in Customer Success or a B2B customer‑focused role
  • Comfortable working with technology (SaaS/AI/automation experience is a bonus)
  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills
  • High‑energy, proactive and relationship‑driven
  • Able to commute to the Chelmsford office on a hybrid basis

Nice to have:

  • Experience in recruitment/staffing
  • Exposure to automation or RPA tools

What You Get

  • Join a fast‑growing, international start‑up
  • One of the most fun, high‑energy cultures around - music in the office, socials, a genuinely close‑knit team
  • Strong benefits: unlimited holiday, healthcare, mental wellbeing support
  • A company that celebrates success with awards, incentives and regular shout‑outs
