The client
As a result of sustained year-on-year growth and an exceptionally strong pipeline of secured UK wide projects, our client, an innovative and dynamic consultancy, seek a Graduate Building Surveyor seeking to grow and develop within a developing, supportive client.
The role – Graduate Building Surveyor
Working alongside experienced construction professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of projects and across multiple construction sectors. You will have a highly varied role leading and managing a range of simultaneously running projects and including;
Leading and managing a variety of contracts utilising project specific contracts
Project monitoring and delivery support
Contractor and sub-contractor sourcing, award and on-going relationship development
Supporting projects across all construction types including new-build, refurbishment, maintenance and improvement
Project monitoring and delivery support
Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
Undertaking site inspections and condition surveys
Defect diagnosis and reporting
Assisting with project financial management and reporting
Degree qualified and seeking to undertake APC, you will possess excellent communication skills, have first class attention to detail and have a proactive approach to day-to-day activities.
