We are looking for driven graduates, sales people or sports people, who want to become a reputable recruiter within their market. Our client specialises in placing senior talent into prestigious firms in the finance, technology, legal and life science industries. What you need:
2024 graduate with commercial experience
2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above
2026 graduate on track for a 2:1 or above
Sales or cold calling experience (not required)
People who are hungry to succeed
Played competitive sports, or completed extra curriculars at school (preferred)
Role Highlights:
Researching and headhunting senior professionals
Managing end-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, cold calling
Guide a candidate through the process of interviewing
Learning how to negotiate and close a deal
Gaining international exposure across global markets
Networking with board-level executives
