Salary: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full-Time | Temporary
Quest Employment are recruiting! Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a well-established chemical manufacturing business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver looking for a Monday to Friday position , working consistent daytime hours within a busy and professional working environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and products across the site, while following all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
The Role As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties will include:
Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving materials and products around the site
Supporting the warehouse and production teams
Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly
Completing relevant paperwork and stock movements
Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Working safely within a chemical manufacturing environment
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area
What We're Looking For To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
A valid, in-date accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
Experience working within a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment
Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual approach to work
Good attention to detail
Please note: Candidates without previous Counterbalance FLT experience and an in-date accredited licence will not be considered.
