Field Sales Representative
£29,120 base, OTE £45,000-£50,000+

The Role
Join a growing sales and marketing business as a Field Sales Representative. You'll work within your local area, meeting customers face-to-face through residential and event-based sales campaigns. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, managing your sales pipeline, and achieving weekly targets.
About You
Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused
Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven attitude
Resilient and comfortable working in a field-based role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Eager to learn and develop a career in sales
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
