Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in the Southwest, which is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive and collaborative firm, working with a diverse client base that includes agricultural businesses, commercial landlords and property developers.
Role: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 (plus KPI-linked bonus)
The Role
- Manage your own varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice across a broad range of commercial property
- Play an important role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Networking, developing your own client base and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
