No day will be the same - here are some of the highlights

Whether you are looking to take the next step in your career journey or ready to pivot your existing business experience into the fast-growing world of data analytics, this role offers the perfect blend of hands-on impact and structured professional development.

As a Pricing Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our domestic supply team, ensuring pricing decisions are delivered accurately, smoothly, and on time. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will complete a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship, gaining a qualification while making a direct impact on our business.

Pricing drives our business forward. You will play a vital hands-on role in taking approved pricing decisions and ensuring they are put into action smoothly and accurately across all our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity & Assurance: Perform quality and reconciliation checks on pricing data and system outputs in Excel to guarantee 100% accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage the end-to-end pricing calendar, tracking deadlines and collaborating with teams across Finance, Energy Optimisation, Marketing, Compliance, and Data.
  • Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Triage pricing issues, investigate root causes, and help eliminate manual steps to make our operations more efficient and resilient.
  • Governance & Audit Trails: Maintain process documentation, version controls, and checklists to ensure full compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Commercial Insight: Conduct competitor pricing research and help build clear, data-driven reports for senior leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring great organisation, strong numerical skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy working in a team, keeping processes running on schedule, and ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date.

You feel comfortable using Excel to look through data and are eager to learn new systems. We do not expect you to be a data expert from day one, we're looking for someone who is curious, keen to learn, and comfortable asking questions when something does not look right.

Essentials:

  • Numerate & Analytical Mindset: Confident working with data in Microsoft Excel and curious about how information flows through a business.
  • Attention to Detail: You spot when a number or process doesn't look right and take pride in accuracy.
  • Great Coordinator & Communicator: Comfortable building relationships across different departments, tracking dependencies, and chasing inputs to hit deadlines.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive, dependable, and keen to understand why processes fail so we can make them better.
  • Commitment to Learning: Enthusiastic about applying new data skills directly to your role while completing your Level 4 qualification.
