These owners are going bigger this time and moving into a large central Ldn pub setting. This beautiful old style building will also house a classic NYC style brasserie with all the classics you would expect on a menu in NY, done brilliantly well. Strong leadership skills needed as there are many depts and you will look after them all. This will be a stunner and we think would suit any big leader with a passion for food, great drinks and mostly creating an incredible atmosphere.
