About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing daily CASS controls
  • Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
  • Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
  • Overseeing CASS incident action plans
  • Managing the team's meeting governance

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator
  • Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise

Nice to have

  • A professional certificate/diploma in risk, compliance, or CASS
  • A degree in economics or finance
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
