Are you a recent graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in education? A welcoming primary school in Basingstoke is looking for a motivated Graduate SEN TA to join their supportive team.

As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and succeed in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN on an individual and small-group basis.
• Assist teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Deliver targeted learning and behaviour interventions.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
• Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals.

About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
• A genuine passion for supporting children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
