MULTISKILLED TECHNICIAN WITH HGV

Key Details

• £40,000 (£35,000 + £5,000 London Weighting)
• Rainham, Essex
• Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
• 1.5x overtime Monday-Saturday
• 2x overtime Sundays and Bank Holidays
• 25 days annual leave including bank holidays

ABOUT THE CLIENT

We're working with an established UK organisation delivering specialist environmental and infrastructure services.

They're looking for an HGV Class 2 driver who is comfortable getting out of the cab and taking on a genuinely hands-on position covering a wide variety of site-based activities.

THE MULTISKILLED TECHNICIAN WITH HGV ROLE

• Tanker and HGV Class 2 driving
• High-pressure water jetting
• Spill clean-ups
• Groundworks and remedial works
• Tank uplifts
• Tank and interceptor installation, servicing and inspections
• Industrial cleaning
• Emergency response activities
• Vehicle and Tacho checks
• Working away where required

You'll also receive training towards National Grid and rail standards.

MULTISKILLED TECHNICIAN WITH HGV ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• HGV Class 2 licence
• Hands-on multi-skilled trade experience
• Experience with RAMS documentation
• Flexible approach to overtime and call-outs
• Willingness to work away where needed
• ADR preferred but not essential
• Plant operating experience would be advantageous
