Overview

Join our Charities team in Birmingham, where we specialise in providing tailored insurance solutions for small and medium-sized organisations in the charity sector. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients with diverse insurance needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solutions.

How you'll make an impact

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of charity clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs. You’ll prepare documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. You’ll also explore renewal terms, negotiate with insurers, and provide the best solutions for your clients. Your role will involve attending virtual client meetings, managing account queries, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in commercial insurance, ideally within the charity sector.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and providing excellent service.
• The ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Acturis and MS Office.
• A commitment to achieving Cert CII and working towards Dip CII.
