Family Solicitor — Position Overview:

• Manage a varied family law caseload with genuine client interaction
• Handle divorce, nuptial agreements, children and financial matters
• Full-time, office-based role in the firm's South West London office
• Competitive remuneration in line with experience and progression
• Strong opportunities for development within a growing practice

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:

• Managing a family law caseload including divorce and financial arrangements on divorce
• Advising on pre and post nuptial agreements
• Handling arrangements relating to children
• Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
• Using the firm's Care Management System to progress matters

Requirements of the Family Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and family law experience
• Proven experience managing a varied family law caseload
• IT skills to operate a Care Management System
• An ability to deal with employment advice would be helpful
• Someone who enjoys client interaction and building relationships
• Excellent client care and communication skills
