Senior Building Surveyor

South East London | Up to £75,000 + Package | Hybrid – Flexible Hours

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor with strong project management and contract administration experience to take on diverse, meaningful work with flexibility and autonomy.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent across varied building types
• Lead client liaison, briefs, and project delivery
• Undertake site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and statutory applications
• Manage tenders, analyse results, and draft contracts
• Deliver professional services (Party Wall, condition surveys, etc.)
• Oversee and delegate to team members on projects

Skills & Experience Required

• MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
• Degree in Building Surveying or related field
• Strong technical knowledge & project delivery experience
• Background across housing, education, healthcare, or commercial sectors
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and collaborative team player
