Service Care Legal are working with a leading Legal 500 boutique firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Employment Associate to join its established team.
The Role
- Advise on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Handle tribunal litigation, executive contracts, restructures, redundancies and corporate transactions.
- Advise senior executives and corporate clients on strategic employment issues.
- Support M&A, due diligence and corporate work.
- Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
About You
- 6–9 years’ PQE with strong employment experience.
- Contentious and non-contentious expertise, ideally acting for both employers and senior employees.
- Strong academics and training.
- Small client following desirable.
- Commercial, ambitious and confident with excellent client skills.
