Commercial Property Associate

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Associate with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded and growing commercial property team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, property finance transactions and general asset management work.
• Provide commercial property support on corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
• Manage an experience-appropriate caseload independently while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client service.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the commercial property practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with experience handling complex matters.
• Experience gained at a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional law firm.
• Strong technical expertise across commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and corporate support transactions.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, alongside a strong and reliable billing record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and business development skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated commercial clients.
