- £17.25 per hour plus holiday payNight out £25.00 per night outDriver Require are recruiting Class 1 Driver for our client based in Hams Hall.
Our client has a bespoke services in Logistics, Transport & Global Shipping sectors across the globe.Main responsibilities for a Class 1 driverMultidrop experience essential, can be 5-8 deliveries per day (Curtain sided trailers)Knowledge of how to use android handheld tablets, as the client uses an app for the deliveries, backed up with a paper manifest.Deliveries to building sites, loads are not handball, either FLT or telehandlers will be on site to offload.Types of products
- fully assembled 1 st fix staircases, 2 nd fix ancillary products, rails bannisters etc, doors & linings. Xrnqpay Typical week would be 50-55 hoursSkills and Experience Required for a Class 1 Driver2 years experience of driving Class 1 vehicles on UK roadsNo major convictions ( DD/DR/IN10's)BenefitsOur fleet is 1-3 years old, trucks fitted with microwaves & fridges, leaver seats & aircon.Use of SNAP parking sites so no expenses neededCould possibly be a permanent position for the right candidate on a temp to perm basisFree parking on site
