MEP BIM Coordinator

London

£40/ hour - Outside IR35

Long-term contract

Due to a major commercial development project win, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a specialist MEP design consultancy, on a project currently progressing through RIBA Stage 5.

The Company

• Specialist MEP design consultancy delivering coordinated building services solutions across commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Strong pipeline of live projects moving through detailed design into construction.
• Collaborative, technically-driven team working closely with engineers, consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• The MEP BIM Coordinator will be responsible for producing and managing coordinated Revit models and construction-level drawing packages across MEP disciplines.
• The MEP BIM Coordinator will be required to lead clash detection and resolution, working closely with engineers and design teams to resolve spatial and buildability issues.
• The MEP BIM Coordinator will be expected to liaise directly with BIM Leads, engineers, consultants and contractors to support delivery through Stage 5 and into construction.

Skills and Background

• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, with experience producing construction-ready MEP models and drawings.
• Proven track record delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3-5 within building services or MEP coordination.
• Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments preferred.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple disciplines and coordinating with wider project teams.
