  • Support clients presenting with complex addictive behaviours, including alcohol, drugs, sex addiction, chemsex and online gaming.
  • Work therapeutically with clients who may also present with dual diagnoses.
  • Manage and support clients throughout their three-month secondary treatment journey, helping them consolidate progress made during primary treatment.
  • Develop clients’ skills around longer-term recovery, relapse prevention and reintegration.
  • Work closely with the wider team of therapists, recovery assistants and Clinical Director.

About You:

  • BACP registered therapist.
  • Professional experience within addiction treatment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of addiction and an understanding of effective addiction treatment approaches.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the 12-step approach.
  • Experienced in delivering both group and individual therapeutic interventions.
  • Previous experience within an acute addiction, mental health, residential rehabilitation or secondary treatment setting would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience of eating disorders would also be desirable.
  • A collaborative and professional approach, with the ability to contribute positively to an established therapy team.

  • Ongoing support with CPD and training
  • Enhanced Pension
  • Life Assurance (4x salary)
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity pay
  • Perkbox staff benefits
  • 24-hour access to private GP service
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Subsidised staff meals

Interview Process
