Are you a recently qualified Solicitor with a passion for Medical Negligence work?


An established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea is seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive environment, handling your own caseload while gaining exposure to complex and high-value claims.


The Role

Working alongside experienced Medical Negligence specialists, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters with appropriate supervision

• Assist on complex and high-value claims

• Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and healthcare providers

• Draft legal documents and prepare matters for settlement negotiations and court proceedings

• Provide clear, empathetic and practical advice to clients throughout the claims process

• Play an active role in the continued growth of the department


About You

To be considered, you will:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE

• Have experience in Medical Negligence, Personal Injury or Litigation, gained through a training contract or previous role

• Possess excellent communication and client care skills

• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Demonstrate strong drafting and case management abilities

• Be proactive, driven and committed to delivering exceptional client service
