What You’ll Do


Birdeye is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR department and help manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. This individual will be responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, and helping provide a positive candidate experience. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and success in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in a SaaS organization. This role reports to the US Manager of Talent Acquisition.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate process, from sourcing to the transition to onboarding, to ensure a thorough, streamlined, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Evaluate skill level and culture fit, make salary recommendations, and manage the offer phase.
  • Ensure the hiring team’s collaboration and preparedness throughout the interview and offer process; foster the timely exchange of information.
  • Leverage ATS reporting functionality to communicate candidate pipelines and recruiting status as appropriate.
  • Implement innovative and proven strategies to source a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool; proactively research and investigate new ideas and tools to source passive candidates.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements

  • Hybrid In-Office work environment - Working Tues, Weds, & Thurs in our London-based office (WeWork, 8 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YJ, United Kingdom)
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrated success recruiting sales/GTM positions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment a plus; exceptional verbal/written/persuasive communication skills
  • Results-oriented, consistently exceeds established metrics and goals
  • Experience in advanced, innovative sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Deep understanding of recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working and communicating with a global team
  • Appreciates collaborating with stakeholders in person and owning recruiting metrics
