This role supports day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift patterns:
\n * Monday to Friday, 05:30 to 14:30.

\n

Pay rates:
\n * 12.94 GBP hourly.

\n

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
\n * Own transport is required due to the site location.
\n * No formal qualifications are needed.
\n * Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

\n

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
\n * Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
\n * Team player with good communication skills.

\n

Role for Production Operative:
\n * Process and pack products according to customer orders.
\n * Perform mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products, including pork.
\n * Maintain high standards of health and safety and food safety.
\n * Follow site procedures to ensure smooth operational performance.
