Sales Advisor Frimley Store

£14.00 per hour + uncapped discretionary bonus (earn up to £700 per month) 30 hours per week Thursday to Sunday.

What Youll Be Doing

\n

Youll be the face of our Frimley store, delivering an exceptional experience for every customer:

\n

\n
• Providing an outstanding in-store experience

\n

• Selling premium fitness equipment in person, over the phone, and via Live Chat

\n

• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products

\n

• Demonstrating equipment and explaining product features and apps

\n

• Working closely with customer service and operations to ensure smooth solutions

\n

• Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team

\n

• Working 30 hours per week (Thurs to Sun, including all Bank Holidays) with overtime available

\n\n

What Were Looking For

\n

Youll succeed in this role if you bring:

\n

• A confident, proactive approach to a fast-paced environment

\n

• At least 12 months of sales experience

\n

• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills

\n

• Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses

\n

• A natural ability to connect with people and deliver great service

\n

• Good numeracy and excellent communication skills
