HGV Class 1 Driver - Northampton\n Earn Up to £27.78 Per Hour | Guaranteed 8 Hours Pay | Weekend Premiums Available\n \nAre you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) looking for reliable work, excellent rates of pay, and long-term opportunities?\n \nWe're recruiting professional drivers based in Northampton to deliver palletised goods to major retail stores across the region, with routes reaching as far as Lowestoft.\n Pay & Rewards\n \n

• £18.52 per hour (Days)

\n

• £27.78 per hour Overtime

\n

• Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed every shift

\n

• Overtime paid after 8 rate

\n

• Weekend shifts rate for drivers working 3+ days per week

\n

• Annual pay reviews

\n \n The Role\n \nAs an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for:\n \n

\n
• Multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods

\n

• Up to 8 store deliveries per shift

\n

• Using a tail lift to unload deliveries

\n

• Placing pallets safely in designated delivery zones

\n

• Providing a professional and customer-focused service

\n\n Shifts Available\n \nWe operate 7 days per week and have a range of shift patterns available.\n \n

\n
• Priority will be given to drivers who can work at least one weekend day.

\n\n What We're Looking For\n \nTo be considered, you'll need:\n \n

\n
• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence

\n

• Valid Driver CPC (DQC)

\n

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

\n

• Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience (or 1 year retail delivery experience)

\n

• No DD or DR convictions

\n

• Ability to complete: \n
