Were excited to be expanding our operation creating fantastic opportunities for experienced Class 1 Drivers who are looking for stable, consistent work without weekend commitments.

As a Class 1 Driver, youll be employed on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, with shifts start times of between 16:00-18:00 . Youll have 45 hours per week guaranteed, giving you both security and a great work-life balance.

• A guarenteed annuaql salary of £43,875 (£18.75 per hour)

What youll do on a typical day:

\n

\n
• Carry out thorough pre shift and post-shift vehicle checks, ensuring your vehicle is safe, compliant and ready for the road

\n\n

\n
• Operate a Class 1 curtain-sider vehicle professionally and safely

\n

• Complete deliveries with no manual tipping required.

\n

• Accurately complete all required paperwork and delivery documentation, ensuring it is submitted on time

\n\n

What you need to succeed at GXO:

\n

\n
• A valid Class 1 driving licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho card

\n

• A clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points (excluding DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements)

\n

• A strong awareness of site Health & Safety standards and the safe movement of vehicles in a busy yard environment

\n

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently

\n\n
