HGV Class 1 (C+E) Trunking Driver
\n Location: Normanton, WF6
\n Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, starting from 1pm onwards
\n Pay Rate: £18.13 per hour

\n Join our team in Normanton (WF6) as a Class 1 Trunking Driver, where you'll benefit from a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and modern vehicles. This role involves trunking work with trailer drop and swaps-no handballing required!
\n Our client, a leading third-party logistics provider, delivers services ranging from global freight forwarding to full truckload transport. They're also committed to sustainability and reducing environmental impact through innovative logistics solutions.
*Please note, ADR is preferred but not essential*
What you'll be doing:

\n

\n
• Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and professional manner

\n

• Completing drop and swap trailer runs between key UK locations: Normanton, Ferrybridge, Burton, Bradford, and back

\n

• Ensuring all loads are safely secured and compliant

\n

• Driving modern, well-maintained vehicles to FORS Gold standards

\n\n

What we're looking for:

\n

\n
• Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence

\n

• Up-to-date CPC and DIGI tacho card

\n

• Ideally 12 months experience driving Class 1 HGVs

\n

• Maximum of 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)

\n\n
