Multi Trades Recruitment are recruiting for a Class 2 Tipper Driver to join a busy depot based in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and flexible Class 2 Driver looking for long-term ongoing work, delivering materials across the North West, Cheshire and Staffordshire on a part-time basis.

• 23 days per week

• Up to 10-hour shifts

\n

• Between 05:30 - 17:30

\n

• Long-term ongoing work

\n

• £14.50 per hour

\n

• PAYE

\n

• Based from the Crewe depot

\n

• Deliveries across the North West, Cheshire and Staffordshire

\n\n

Job Overview

\n

\n
• Driving a Class 2 tipper vehicle to transport materials safely and efficiently

\n

• Completing deliveries and collections across the North West, Cheshire and Staffordshire

\n

• Transporting clay, subsoil, aggregates and topsoil

\n

• Delivering to construction, housebuilding and agricultural sites

\n

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

\n

• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in line with company procedures

\n

• Loading and unloading materials where required

\n

• Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and records

\n

• Following all road transport legislation and health & safety procedures

About You:

\n

\n
• Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence

\n

• Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification

\n

• Possess a valid Digital Tachograph Card

\n

• Previous experience driving Class 2 tipper vehicles is preferred

\n

• Flexible and available to work 23 days per week

\n

• Reliable, punctual and safety conscious

\n

• Good knowledge of road transport regulations

\n

• Able to work independently and provide excellent customer service
