StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised 5-day operation.

Drivers will benefit from a straightforward depot-to-depot trunking role with regular Monday to Friday block bookings and consistent start times.

Pay Rates (PAYE)\n

• £19ph plus accrued holiday pay, or £21.29ph including holiday pay

\nWhat the role involves\n

You'll be completing depot-to-depot trunking work with no store deliveries or multi-drop involved.

\n

Start times are between 17:00 and 23:59, with Monday to Friday block bookings available every week.

\n

The operation runs 5 days per week, with shifts averaging 10–12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

Our ideal candidate\n

\n
• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 year

\n

• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

\n

• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)

\n

• Has excellent knowledge of the UK road network

\n\n
