Grafters Recruit Ltd require Shunter for ongoing work from our clients in the Daventry (Crick) area.

WORKING PATTERNS AVAILABLE:

\n

4-on / 4-off (nights)

\n

-Consists of 12-hour shifts

\n

-Weekly hours fluctuate but average to 42 hours per week

\n

-Overtime is payable for days worked outside of the 4-on / 4-off rotation

\n

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

\n

-Category C+E (Class 1) preferred

\n

-Applicants new to shunting, but with previous Class 1 driving experience considered

\n

-Valid CPC

\n

-Valid Digital Tachograph Card

\n

-Maximum 6 points on license

\n

PAY STRUCTURE (PAYE ONLY):

\n

Standardrate

\n

Days (hours between 06.00 18.00) - £18.60

\n

Nights (hours between 18.00 06.00) - £20.00

\n

Overtimerate

\n

additional days outside the 4-on / 4-off pattern

\n

Days (hours between 06.00 18.00) - £27.90

\n

Nights (hours between 18.00 06.00) - £30.00
