Experienced Barista Immediate Start\n

Location:Weybridge
Hours: MondayFriday, 7:00am3:00pm
Pay: £13.79 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Parking: Free parking available

We are looking for a confident and experienced Barista to join our team on an ongoing, MondayFriday basis.

The Role\n

You will be responsible for:

\n

\n
• Preparing and serving fresh coffees from 7:00am.

\n

• Working independently and providing excellent customer service.

\n

• Taking cashless payments.

\n

• Keeping the free coffee vending area fully stocked.

\n

• From 11:00am, preparing coffees alongside the deli bar.

\n

• Managing busy service periods, particularly TuesdayThursday, when daily sales can reach up to £800.

\nAbout You\n

Were looking for someone who:

\n

\n
• Has previous barista experience.

\n

• Is confident working independently.

\n

• Has excellent customer service skills.

\n

• Is reliable, organised and able to work at pace.

\n

• Ideally has Bartlett Mitchell Barista training.

\n\n

If you dont have Bartlett Mitchell Barista training, dont worry you will have the opportunity to shadow an experienced team member and receive training.

Requirements\n

• All-black uniform.

\n

• Safety shoes required.

\n

• Previous barista experience essential.

\n\n
