Job Title: Class 2 Driver \n Location:Wokingham\n Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour + £2.11 holiday pay = £19.61 per hour total\n Shifts:Monday to Friday (04:00 - 06:00 start times) \n Driver Type:Class 2 - refuse driver\n Experience:6 months class 2 experience - essential\n Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)\n \nFifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Wokingham to work with our client, whoprovide all types of business with commercial waste disposal and recycling.\n \nPrevious experience working in the waste industry would be beneficial. \nRoles & Responsibilities: \n \n

\n
• Driving and operating a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle

\n

• Collecting and delivering food waste bins

\n

• Working with a loading crew

\n

• Assisting with the manual movement of domestic wheelie bins

\n

• Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and other road users

\nAll applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures.\n About you: \n \nYou will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.\n \nYou will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
