Position: HGV Class 2 Driver (with hooklift)

Location: Edmonton

Pay: £19.95 per hour

Shift: 06:00 to 16:30 over 7 days

Monday to Friday working pattern

Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift

About the Role

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, your role will include

Operating a class 2 vehicle with hook lift

Transferring waste between refuse and recycling centres

Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections, completing required paperwork and reporting any defects

Complying with all relevant driving rules and regulations including WTD and tachograph rules

Maintaining a high level of customer service at all drop off / collection points

About You

We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious driver with the right experience and a strong work ethic.

Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) HGV licence

Have a minimum of 2 years' HGV Class 2 driving experience

Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification & Digital tacho card

Hooklift experience is advantageous

Demonstrate excellent awareness of road safety and teamwork

Have a positive attitude, be approachable and reliable

FORS Safe Urban Driving Training would be preferred but not essential

Max 6 points on you licence

Available for ongoing temporary work
