We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established logistics operation within a temperature-controlled cold store warehouse .

The Role
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring goods are stored, picked, and dispatched accurately.
Duties include:
Operating a Reach Truck safely within a cold store environment

Loading, unloading, and moving palletised stock

Replenishing picking locations to maintain stock availability

Putting away inbound deliveries into designated storage areas

Picking customer orders accurately when required

Completing stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any defects

Following all health and safety procedures

Maintaining excellent standards of warehouse housekeeping

Supporting wider warehouse duties when required

Working Environment
Temperature-controlled cold store warehouse

Working temperatures between approximately 0C and -25C

Full PPE and specialist cold-weather clothing provided

Fast-paced logistics environment with productivity targets

Manual handling may be required

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A valid, accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)

Previous experience operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse environment

Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual approach to work

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Flexibility with working hours

Desirable experience:
Previous cold store or frozen food warehouse experience

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Counterbalance Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
