Corporate M&A Lawyer

Job description

A leading global US law firm are looking to hire an outstanding Corporate M&A Associate at the mid level into its London team.

This is a high-calibre, fast paced team handling complex, high-value domestic and cross-border M&A for major corporates, financial institutions and investors.

The firm is being highly selective with this hire and is looking for candidates with:

• 3–6 years’ PQE
• England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Strong Corporate M&A experience
• Current experience at a top International heavy weight firm, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or leading US law firm
• Strong grades and academics (min 2:1)
• Excellent technical ability and deal experience
• Strong commercial judgement and communication skills

This would suit a high-performing Associate looking to move into a top-tier US platform while continuing to work on sophisticated international M&A mandates.
