The Opportunity

A major international business is looking for a hands-on Project / Programme Manager to lead critical transformation and change initiatives across finance, systems, data and operational functions.

This is not a traditional PM role focused purely on governance. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and who can work with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes.

The organisation is undergoing substantial investment across ERP, procurement, payroll, data and process improvement initiatives, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced change leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects
• Build and manage project plans, governance and reporting
• Coordinate business, technology and third-party resources
• Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple functions
• Manage risks, issues, budgets and dependencies
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes
• Support change management and adoption activities
• Navigate organisational complexity across multiple business entities
