DO&CO - Host (Reception) - HounslowAt Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Host (Reception) to work with a leading premium catering company in Hounslow. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.Shift Patterns:* Any 5 days out of 7 on a rotational rota.* Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required by the business.Pay Rates:* 13.50 GBP hourlyEssential Requirements for DO&CO - Host (Reception):* Complete 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.* Ability to pass a Basic DBS check and airside security clearance.* No unspent convictions that would prevent security clearance.* Long-term UK work rights (British Passport, ILR, or Settled Status).* Ability to provide an HMRC employment history letter.* Must be able to travel to the site within 40 minutes.Skills and Qualifications for DO&CO - Host (Reception):* Previous experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, or administration.* Experience working in a busy or fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).* Experience using visitor management or booking systems.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.* Strong organisational and time management skills.* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.* High attention to detail.Role for DO&CO - Host (Reception):* Manage day-to-day reception operations and visitor access.* Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees.* Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently.* Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team.* Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.Benefits for DO&CO - Host (Reception):* Opportunity to work with a world-class catering provider.* Professional environment with a supportive team.* Gain experience in a fast-paced, prestigious setting.Location: Hounslow.Duration: OngoingThis is an amazing opportunity if you are looking for Host (Reception) jobs in Hounslow.
