Production / Assembly Operative\n Location: Wrexham\n Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour\n Working Hours: MondayThursday, 08:0016:45 | Friday, 08:0014:00\n Contract: Temporary, with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate\n The Role\n \nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production / Assembly Operative to join a well-established company based in Wrexham.\n \nThe successful candidate will be working with electrical components as part of the assembly and production process. A key part of the role will involve soldering, so previous experience in this area would be highly beneficial, although training may be available for the right candidate.\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or assembly experience who is looking to develop their skills and progress within a growing business.\n Key Responsibilities\n \n

  • Assembling electrical components to the required standards
  • \n

  • Soldering components accurately and safely
  • \n

  • Following production and assembly instructions
  • \n

  • Carrying out work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • \n

  • Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process
  • \n

  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • \n

  • Following all company health and safety procedures

\nKey Requirements\n \n

  • Previous experience in a production, assembly or manufacturing environment
  • \n

  • Experience working with electrical components would be advantageous
  • \n

  • Previous soldering experience is desirable
  • \n

  • Excellent attention to detail and a precise approach to work
  • \n

  • Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures
  • \n

  • Good team-working skills
  • \n

  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • \n

  • Reliable and committed approach to work
