This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills and build a long-term career within a supportive and friendly working environment.You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the department, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our construction operations.Key responsibilitiesProviding general administrative and clerical support to the teamAnswering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally and efficientlyMaintaining accurate records and updating databases and spreadsheetsFiling and organising documents, both electronically and in hard copyRaising purchase orders and supporting the procurement processProcessing paperwork and assisting with routine office administrationSupporting colleagues with scheduling meetings and appointmentsCarrying out any other reasonable administrative duties as requiredAbout youWe are looking for someone who is:Organised and able to manage their workload effectivelyReliable, professional, and eager to learnFriendly and confident when communicating with colleagues and clientsProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelAccurate and detail-orientedA positive team player with a proactive attitudeAble to work independently and use their initiativePrevious administration or office experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career.What we offerCompetitive salaryFull training and ongoing supportOpportunities for career development and progressionA friendly and supportive working environment23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after one year of servicePension schemeFree daily refreshmentsAccess to an on-site gymTPBN1_UKTJ
