7.5-Ton Driver Bulk Uplift Crew\n \nPertemps are currently recruiting 7.5T Drivers to join our clients Street Cleaning Team in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role where youll support environmental services by collecting bulky household items and helping keep local communities clean and safe.\n Location: EH14 2TF\n Hours: Monday to Friday 06.45 14.42with 45 minute unpaid break\n Pay: £14.51 per hour\n Duration: Temporary ongoing work\n The 7.5T driver will:\n \n

\n
• Driving a 7.5-ton vehicle as part of the bulk uplift service

\n

• Collecting bulky household items (furniture, appliances, mattresses, etc.)

\n

• Working with the crew to safely lift, load, and remove items from properties

\n

• Following planned routes and schedules efficiently

\n

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues

\n

• Interacting with the public professionally when required

\n

• Maintaining excellent safety standards at all times

\n\n The 7.5T driver requires:\n \n

\n
• Valid UK driving licence with C1 category

\n

• CPC qualification card and Tacho card

\n

• Experience operating larger vehicles

\n

• Good health & safety awareness

\n

• Team player with good communication skills

\n

• Physical fitness regular lifting and manual handling is part of the role
