Salaried GP – up to £11,500 per session | 15-minute appointments | £8,500 Golden Hello | Partnership available

You will work as a Salaried GP for 4–6 sessions (with flexibility for more if desired) in a highly stable, supportive team in the heart of Dundee.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a well-structured working day, strong clinical support and genuine Partnership prospects, in a practice that genuinely considers itself a family, with a ‘job for life’ culture.

Salary & Benefits

• £11,000–£11,500 per session (£10,500 for newly qualified GPs)
• £8,500 Golden Hello available via the Health Board
• BMA contract
• Paid CPD time built into the working week
• 6 weeks annual leave

Workload & Structure

• 4–6 sessions available (6 sessions would be 5 clinical sessions and a 6thsession of mostly CPD and admin time)
• 12 patients per session, 15-minute appointments
• GP-led clinics with flexibility over appointment mix
• Flexible start and finish times (anything from 07.00-09.30 can be considered)
• Very manageable Duty day, also capped at 12 patients per session
• Minimal home visits, with local ANP support managing most requests
• GPs are finished and out of the door by 6pm – work/life balance is of the utmost importance

• Medium-sized Teaching Practice
• Good mix of Partners and Salaried GPs with each seen as equals
• Central Dundee location with parking available
• Strong MDT including Nurses, HCAs, Clinical Pharmacists and additional clinical roles
• Excellent staff retention, with many team members having spent decades at the practice
• Special interests encouraged – minor surgery and joint injection clinics readily available but other interests will be supported
