We are looking for a General Manager for 1A Duke Street, Richmond—a premium venue in the heart of Richmond, perfectly positioned as an all day -to late-night destination. We have a reputation for exceptional cocktails, great food, and a buzzing atmosphere, 1A Duke Street is all about delivering memorable occasions, with exceptional service, and for being a true hub for the local community.

This is a venue with huge potential to build on its identity as one of Richmond’s most exciting Bars. Food plays a huge role in our venue. We’re looking for someone who can use their skills to create a standout experience centred around food, cocktails, energy, and outstanding hospitality.

Our new GM will have a premium background in hospitality - be ambitious, creative, and driven to make a name for themselves—leading from the front.

You will know what to do to beat budget, and become a well-known face in Richmond’s social scene. You’ll standout as a destination, known for its atmosphere, service, and consistency.

You will know how to manage a P&L and be able to share with us strong examples of your success.

Ambition, personality, and passion for bars, food and hospitality are key. This could also, be the perfect step up for a confident and experienced Deputy ready to take on their first big challenge.
