- Diagnosing business issues through root cause analysis, performance investigation and structured analytical thinking.
- Developing scenario models, forecasts and expected outcomes to support strategic and operational decisions.

- Proficiency in Power BI, including report/dashboard design, data visualisation and creating user-friendly analytical products.
- Experience gathering report requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear, testable reporting solutions.
- Ability to design, build, test and iterate reports to ensure accuracy, quality and practical business use.
- Strong business problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and structured analytical thinking.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to link insight to business outcomes, benefits and performance improvement.
- Experience with scenario modelling, forecasting, performance management or benefits tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge, influence and advise.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building an insight-led culture.
Technical skills
