IP Solicitor (Brand Protection) | 1–5 PQE | West End Firm

A leading West End media and entertainment boutique is looking to hire an IP Solicitor with 1–5 years' PQE to join its specialist Brand Protection practice. The role is 4 days a week in the office.

You will work across a broad range of trade mark, design rights, copyright and brand protection matters, advising a high-quality client base on both contentious and non-contentious issues.

The role will involve:

• Trade mark, design and copyright advisory work
• Brand protection and enforcement matters
• Advising on the protection and commercialisation of IP rights
• Working closely with clients across the media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer sectors
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of a specialist IP practice

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–5 years' PQE with relevant IP experience
• Strong technical legal skills and excellent attention to detail
• A particular interest or experience in brands and trade marks
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with clients in the media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer sectors
• An interest in helping to develop and grow a specialist practice
